About Me

I’m an author, speaker, trainer, former teacher and facilitator in the areas of well-being and Positive Psychology. Having spent many years as a primary school teacher, I’m passionate about placing well-being at the heart of school life. For the past few years, promoting this has been my focus- through my books, media contributions, and training sessions.
I hold an M. Sc. in Applied Positive Psychology, the science of well-being, from the
University of East London.
My programmes include Weaving Well-Being, a positive mental health programme for primary school children which is now in use in the majority of Irish Primary Schools, (and which is due to be launched in the UK in 2021) and also Wired for Well-Being, my recently released programme for second-level students.
I design and deliver webinars, talks, training sessions and seminars to teachers and parents, so please get in touch if you would like to book one!
